Note:
-Must pay a separate fee for a day pass to Murphy Aquatic Park if you do not currently have a membership.
-Must be at least 8 years old.
-Must complete and pass a brief medical/health questionnaire.
-Must complete and sign a Liability Release.
-Must be comfortable in the water.
-All forms will be provided by Murphy Aquatic Park in advance via email and available onsite for completion.

• Certified, insured scuba instructors
• Full scuba gear and tanks
• Onsite orientation and safety instruction
• Supervised in-water experience
