When going clockwise around the loop, this is the 2nd campsite on left when entering the loop. All campsites are primitive, tent camping only.
Note:
Please display your receipt on the front dash of each car displaying your campsite number in clear view. Users are permitted to use the campsite driveway to unload their vehicle.
All vehicles must be parked in the parking lot by the Nature Center after you are done unloading.
Checkout time is 11am.
The maximum number of participants at each site is 8.
Each site may have a maximum of 4 tents on their site.
At least one person at each campsite must be 18 or over.
Day visitors are welcome! They must park by the Nature Center and walk over to the designated site. Park hours are 7am - 9pm. All vehicles must exit before 9pm unless authorized to stay at the campsite.
The front gate will be locked at 9pm for safety reasons. In the event of an emergency please remove the split rail fence to the left of the front gate and exit between posts.
Bring water to your campsite for all dish washing. Do not use faucets or bathrooms for cleaning dishes or personal items.
The campground is open Thursday - Sunday and select holidays. Showers are located in the restrooms outside of the Nature Center on the east side of the building.
Please keep all tables and fire pits at their designated locations.
At the end of your rental you must take your trash bag and put it in the dumpster located by the maintenance barn.
The Park is open to the public from 7am - 9pm daily. The Nature Center is open 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday.
You must be registered online by 2pm the day of your campsite rental.
The earliest that you can check in at your campsite is noon the day of your rental.
Check out time is 11am.
Upon written approval users can check in early or check out late.
To report a noise complaint please fill out the electronic form located on the park website in the Campground tab.
Anyone that is removed from their campsite due to a noise complaint will be banned from the campgrounds and will not receive refund from their rental.
Quiet hours are 10pm - 6am. QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED by the Parks Department and the Avon Police Department. Each user will recieve one warning of their noise level by park staff. If the problem continues Washington Township Parks and the Avon Police Department have the authority to remove you and anyone in your party.
Fighting or causing public inconvenience, annoyance, or alarm by making noise will require immediate removal from the campgrounds with no refund.
Pets must be restrained or on a leash at all times while in developed recreation areas. Pets are not permitted in the indoor facilities at Pecar Park.
Users who plan to bring their pet camping must pick up all waste left by their pet. Failure to do so can result in dismissal.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the campsite at any time. Anyone caught consuming alcohol on the property will be removed and could result in being removed for the remainder of that camp season without a refund.
Possessing or leaving refuse, debris, or litter in an exposed or unsanitary condition. Depositing any body waste except into receptacles provided for that purpose.
Failing to dispose of all garbage, including paper, can, bottle, sewage, waste water, or rubbish will result in not returning for the remainder of that camp season.
Fires may be limited or prohibited at certain times due to weather restrictions.
Within the campgrounds fires may only be built in fire rings, stoves, grills, or a fireplace provided for that purpose.
Be sure that your fire is completely extinguished before leaving your campsite for the day.
Please use only kiln dried scrap lumber found at most gas stations and grocery stores. Most will be in a bundle and will bare the USDA compliance stamp on it.
Fireworks of any kind are prohibited on park property.
